Our Practice Operates On A Fee-For-Service Basis
Pricing Information
We accept payment in the form of a credit card, cash, or check. Payment is due at the conclusion of each session. If you have an out-of-network insurance plan, we will provide you with a monthly receipt detailing all necessary information (treatment code, license numbers, fee, etc.) that can be used to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Once you have met the deductible, your EPO or PPO plan may provide reimbursement for any covered expenses. To verify what is and isn't covered under your particular plan, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly.
